“Schöngeist, es ist 5 vor 12” fabricates couture accessories and niche collections made in Germany. The brand preserves the old and combines it with modern ideas to create new classics for any season - far from the mainstream and the fast pace that dominates the world of fashion. The label is based in Hamburg and was founded by fashion designer Katrin Gerhardy in 2004.

The brand exclusively uses the finest components, such as St. Gallen lace or sequins by Forster Willi and Jakob Schlaepfer and porcelain manufactured by Fürstenberg since 1747.

The porcelain dolls are created specially for this collection. The colour range implies classic black, soft nudes, muddy browns and greys. Shimmering silver, gold and a bright red give powerful accents.
